
Zahid was with Keppel Land International with postings to Vietnam and Saudi Arabia as Director, Operations and General Manager respectively. He helmed a high profile township development in Vietnam managing various aspects of development operations. Prior to the Vietnam stint, Zahid led Keppel’s joint venture for a mixed development in Jeddah, Saudi which included a high-rise luxury seaside residential condominium with a project value of US$1 billion.
Before joining Keppel, Zahid was CEO of WAREES Investments Pte Ltd – a real estate company under MUIS (Islamic Religious Council of Singapore), which is a statutory board. The company specialises in wakaf real estate investment and development, project management, property maintenance and leasing of commercial properties. He headed a group of 30 staff that oversees a portfolio of more than 150 commercial units and 70 units of religious and institution buildings valued at more than S$500 million. He was also involved in the structure and issuance of shariah-compliant bonds in financing wakaf development and introduced many initiatives to revive and develop the wakaf properties for better returns.
Zahid is thoroughly familiar with the property development value chain involving feasibility analysis, site acquisition, financing, marketing, design and construction management, and operational maintenance. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Structure) from the National University of Singapore.

Rostam has vast experience in project management and facility operations buildings and plants. He had project managed the installation of mechanical and electrical building services for a variety of projects such as road lighting infrastructure, utility plants, condominiums and commercial complexes in various capacities as a consultant and contractor.
Some of his past projects included a 781-unit HDB BTO development at Upper Serangoon, and addition and alteration works at Ministry of Education and Singapore Police Force facilities, with an aggregate project value of $140mil.
Pursuing his interest and passion, he had also managed interior design projects for residential and commercial units where his emphasis on quality delivery and customer satisfaction translated to many satisfied customers and referrals.
Rostam is adept and thoroughly familiar with project programming, tender/contract management, quality control, site coordination and resource management. He is well versed with technical detailing for quality assurance, safety and maintainability. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from Nanyang Technological University.
